🤗My Information 🤗
Starting at your forehead, using all your fingertips, gently but firmly apply pressure to your scalp.
Slowly start moving your fingertips upward in a circular motion.
Slowly work through to the top of your scalp, continuing in the circular motion.
Once at the top of your scalp, turn your hands around like your holding your head up.
As you keep the pressure in your fingertips, slowly drag your fingertips down the back of your neck, over your shoulder and past your clavicle. ————————————- 【ROUND 2】
Now we’re going to focus on the outer side of your scalp, which is the parietal ridge and the crown.
Starting at where your hair would recede from, using your fingertips, gently apply pressure.
Using the same circular motion from earlier, we are going to slowly work through the parietal ridge till we reach the crown of our scalp. The the crown is one of the main pressure points of the scalp so give it some TLC.
Once at the crown of your scalp, turn your hands around like your holding your head up.
As you keep the pressure in your fingertips, slowly drag your fingertips down the back of your neck, over your shoulder and past your clavicle. ————————————-
The last area we are goin to work is your temples, around your ears and the nape of your neck.
We are going to start at where your sideburns start.
Using two or three fingers, starting at your sideburns, gently adding pressure, in a circular motion, slowly work up to your temples.
After working on your temples, slowly work your way around your ears and down the nape of your neck.
Once your reach the nape of your neck, using your finger tips, drag them down the side of your neck and over your clavicle.
FINISH! ——————————- Hopefully at the ends of this tutorial, your scalp will be feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!
